Tariffs at Greenlawns

There's a simple explanation for the wide range of tariffs at Greenlawns. In a phrase, it's to offer more choice. You choose the kind of room that suits your preference and your pocket. The location of the room within the house, the size of the room and the facilities in room are amongst the factors that influence the price. It all adds up to better value and makes a good deal of sense.

Important: We currently only accept bookings for 3 rooms at any one time but you can choose from the 6 available.

Premier Room - First Floor Terracotta (Room 3)

This room can be configured either with two single beds each 3 foot wide(twin) or as a large 6 foot wide double bed(double).
The en-suite bathroom has been recently refurbished now to include a large shower-bath with power shower, toilet and washbasin.
The large bedroom has seating for 3/4 persons and has a desk,chair, DVD player, Freeview TV, CDplayer /clock radio, hair dryer and room safe. Hospitality tray has a selection of teas/ coffee/ hot chocolate and biscuits.

Family Suite

This suite contains two separate bedrooms, the Terracotta Room as above with a twin room adjoining. The twin room is large enough to also take an infants cot . The twin room has TV, DVD and video, hospitality tray and washbasin. One bathroom is shared between the two rooms.
From £90.00 PER ROOM PER NIGHT B&B (price is dependant on season and ages of children, please enquire.)

All other rooms can be chosen for single occupancy at £10.00 less than double occupancy per night B&B.

All house totally non-smoking.

Please note prices are all per room and include full breakfast.

Wi-Fi - Whole house has wire-less internet for those travelling with laptops.
