The location of the room within the house, the size of the room and the facilities in room are amongst the factors that influence the price. It all adds up to better value and makes a good deal of sense.

 Premier Room - Downstairs Red Room
5 foot wide Victorian brass double bed, large bathroom with deep cast-iron bathtub and shower en-suite, TV, DVD player, tea/coffee/hot chocolate and biscuits, room safe and hair dryer, chaise lounge, large room.

 Premier Room - First Floor Terracotta
This room can be configured either with two single beds each 3 foot wide(twin) or as a large 6 foot wide double bed(double).
The en-suite bathroom has been recently refurbished now to include a large shower-bath with power shower, toilet and washbasin.
The large bedroom has seating for 3/4 persons and has a desk,chair, DVD player, TV, CDplayer /clock radio, hair dryer and room safe. Hospitality tray has a selection of teas/ coffee/ hot chocolate and biscuits.

 Family Suite
This suite contains two separate bedrooms, the Terracotta Room as above with a twin room adjoining. The twin room is large enough to also take an infants cot . The twin room has TV, DVD and video, hospitality tray and washbasin. One bathroom is shared between the two rooms.
£77-90.00 PER ROOM PER NIGHT B&B (price is dependant on season and ages of children, please enquire.)

Our larger rooms can be chosen for single occupancy and range from £40.00 to £50.00 per night B&B.

All house totally non-smoking.
